Ubicado al noroeste de México en el desarrollo privado “La PrimaVera”, al sur de la ciudad de Culiacán, Sinaloa, se encuentra el proyecto residencial “V”.
La sección del desarrollo llamado “Barrio San Pablo”, contextualiza al proyecto conformado de pocas viviendas y una casa club. Al poniente del barrio, se encuentra un dique el cual es una de los spots para apreciación de atardeceres preferidos de la ciudad para arquitecto culiacanense JWT. El Dique tiene la opción de apreciarse desde un andador, así como las residencias através de él, el andador también logra involucrase con el resto de las residencias del barrio, incluyendo “V”. Al oriente se encuentra un campo de golf que funge como vistas de las residencias colindantes. La vegetación endémica y diferentes estilos de arquitectos posan alrededor para su apreciación.
Located in the northwest of Mexico in the private development “La PrimaVera”, south of the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, is the residential project “V”.
The section of the development called “Barrio San Pablo” contextualizes the project made up of a few homes and a clubhouse. To the west of the neighborhood, there is a dam which is one of the spots for appreciating the city’s favorite sunsets for architect JWT from Culiacán. The dam has the option of being appreciated from a walkway, as well as the residences across it, the walkway also manages to get involved with the rest of the residences in the neighborhood, including “V”. To the east is a golf course that serves as a view of the neighboring residences. The endemic vegetation and different styles of architects pose around for your appreciation.
La distribución de la vivienda, se caracteriza en su generalidad por la participación de cada una de las áreas, con un paisajísmo e iluminación natural por medio de un patio y dos jardines, dando una primera impresión de naturaleza incorporada en la vivienda y así creando espacios privados con vistas al exterior que logran generar una distribución de manera que; todos los espacios mantengan un diálogo entre sí. La seguridad, privacidad y llamada a simples detalles, tonos claros y mezcla entre moderno y tradicional en sus distintos espacios, componen la residencia familiar.
The distribution of the house is generally characterized by the participation of each of the areas, with landscaping and natural lighting through a patio and two gardens, giving a first impression of nature incorporated into the house and thus creating private spaces with views to the outside that manage to generate a distribution in such a way that all the spaces maintain a dialogue with each other. Security, privacy and a call to simple details, light tones and a mix of modern and traditional in its different spaces, make up the family residence.
En su ingreso cuenta con una doble altura, la cual te expone un jardín y su escalera en papelillo recubierta de madera parota, dandole un aroma a la profundidad visual del ventanal que cruza el jardín, el bar con suerte de tener las persianas abiertas hasta llegar al jardín posterior se lo delimita una barda de 1.6m de alto la cual colinda con un andador anteriormente mencionado.
At the entrance there is a double height, which exposes you to a garden and its staircase in papelillo covered with parota wood, giving an aroma to the visual depth of the large window that crosses the garden. The bar is lucky enough to have the blinds open until reaching the back garden, and is delimited by a 1.6m high wall which borders the aforementioned walkway.
En el proceso de investigación, se estudiaron formas conceptuales que al fusionarse debían cumplir con dos premisas; con el reglamento de construcción del fraccionamiento y lograr espacios delimitados e intercomunicados visualmente.
In the research process, conceptual forms were studied that, when merged, had to comply with two premises: the construction regulations of the subdivision and achieve delimited and visually interconnected spaces.

En planta alta se crean espacios llenos de comodidad, destellos de iluminación y paletas de colores neutras con un toque cálido que reflejen la privacidad de la zona en donde se encuentran las recámaras, sala de estar, área de lavado y estudio/ oficina.
On the upper floor, spaces full of comfort are created, with flashes of lighting and neutral color palettes with a warm touch that reflect the privacy of the area where the bedrooms, living room, laundry area and study/office are located.
El sistema constructivo de losa aligerada, se mezcla con un sistema de vigas metálicas para soportar el frente de la vivienda. También se aprecia viguería en el perímetro, en el cachete de la losa intermedia. La vivienda cuenta con dos escaleras, la principal; armada de concreto la cual te recibe por el ingreso principal al igual que la doble altura y una segunda escalera metálica que vincula el bar con el estudio/ oficina de planta alta.
The lightweight slab construction system is mixed with a metal beam system to support the front of the house. Beams can also be seen on the perimeter, on the cheek of the intermediate slab. The house has two staircases, the main one, made of concrete, which welcomes you through the main entrance, as well as the double height and a second metal staircase that links the bar with the study/office on the upper floor.
Sutilidad y transparencia se combinan con una decoración llena de personalidad; mezclas de formas y materiales que no dejan de ser refinados y elegantes están siempre presentes en planta baja, lo que la identifica a las zonas social y de convivencia.
Subtlety and transparency are combined with a decoration full of personality; mixtures of shapes and materials that are still refined and elegant are always present on the ground floor, which identifies it with the social and living areas.
