Este proyecto es una oportunidad, una oportunidad para apreciar la naturaleza desde un lugar que brinda una vista exquisita a una barranca de 50 metros de profundidad en Zapopan, Jalisco; y que tiene como objetivo encontrar un orden, limpieza en sus elementos y espacios y un programa que cumpla en su totalidad las necesidades de quien la habita.
Symmetry, isolation and harmony with the environment are the premises that gave rise to this project. It was decided to use the golden ratio, an irrational number that arises from nature to measure and distribute spaces, which maintained an almost divine and perfect proportion that achieved the spatial harmony initially sought in this project in a cattle ranch in the state of Durango.
La vivienda parte de la intervención y la fusión de dos obras existentes, que en su momento fueron independientes y con características totalmente distintas, desde alturas hasta sistemas constructivos. Con ciertas limitantes estructurales, el proyecto se enfocó en cubrir todas las expectativas del cliente, así como las necesidades que dictó el programa arquitectónico, siempre enfatizando la vista hacia el lado Este, hacia La Barranca.
The house parts from the intervention and the merge of two existing works, which at the time were independent and with totally different characteristics, from heights to constructive systems. With certain structural constraints, the project focused on covering all the expectations of the client, as well as the needs that the architectural program dictated, always emphasizing the view towards the east side, towards the ravine.
El programa arquitectónico busca intercalar los espacios de la casa con el exterior por medio de terrazas que separan de manera armónica los usos de la vivienda.
Todos los espacios de la casa cuentan con luz natural y vista hacia la barranca. El área de servicio está excluida del resto de la casa por cuestiones de diseño y privacidad. Un proyecto que crea experiencias y una relación visual a través del vínculo y diálogo entre la vivienda y la naturaleza.
The architectural program seeks to intersperse the spaces of the house with the exterior by means of terraces that harmoniously separate the uses of the dwelling.
All the spaces in the House have natural light and a view towards the ravine. The service area is excluded from the rest of the house for design and privacy issues. A project that creates experiences and a visual relationship through the link and dialogue between housing and nature.
